New Fed Officer

Hi I'm Claire the new Federation Officer for the Trafford Tenants and Residents Federation. I've got lots planned for the Federation to do in the coming months including a benchmarking visit to Stockport Federation and plenty of public meetings and newsletters. So far while I've been here I have been on a training course with Vice Chair, Ann, about communication with the media and writing press releases, done a radio interview with Andy about the Federation on Peace FM and held a public meeting about service charges. We also held an action planning day in June where we looked at our 5-year business plan and decided which bits we want to keep and which bits we want to put on hold. It is an exciting time for the Federation with more and more commissions coming in from Trafford Housing Trust and we will soon be looking to other organisations to also provide us with commissions.
